6bb75728e7 eliminated unused fields in State 
Now preserving the lastState in prometheus.go in a State object instead
of in multiple values.

4b05d7e8d8 Now rendering the index.html using the Templ library. 
This is in preparation for:
1. creating a base page
2. using tabs: Home, Using, Downloads, Status
3. htmx
